We supply lighting systems for any type of crane, both on the quay (STS, QC) and on the yard (RTG, RMG, ARMG, etc.).

Our products are specifically designed for use in a saline environment. They are robust, resistant to corrosion and constant vibrations, long-lasting and with high performance.

We provide a complete lighting system for the entire crane (boom, portal, trolley, machinery and electrical room, stairs and access ways).

Our two systems for adaptive light management

Combination of two systems for the adaptive light management of our model UNYX for the illumination of trolleys of STS/QC cranes in port areas and intermodal terminals.
The purpose of the EAL® system is to graduate the width and the luminous flux in relation to the height of the container with respect to the operator, thus allowing, through exclusive software (Sfiligoi srl), to increase or reduce the intensity and the amplitude of the light beam of the floodlight during loading and unloading phases of the containers to/from the ship in the port areas.
The objective of the SWL® system, on the other hand, is to ensure greater illumination of the space on the ground of at least 20 meters in front of the trolley in the direction of advancement of the trolley towards the ship and towards the ground; with a consequent increase in safety in the entire maneuvering area. In fact, by setting an advanced “light front” in the direction of movement of the trolley, the operators on the ground will also be completely visible.
These intelligent dimming systems, unique on the market, increase the visibility and safety of operators during maneuvering operations, guaranteeing huge energy and economic savings.

Illumination of stairs and access ways (walkways)
With the particular configuration of the device and the optics used, we are able to ensure no glare to the operator while going down and up the stairs. Furthermore, the beam of light that we conceived and implemented allows us to use, especially on new cranes, a number of luminaires equal to half the LED solutions currently available on the market. This leads to significant savings in both investment and energy over time.
