Having the opportunity to discuss with the customer first allows us to better understand his needs and to know how to optimize the project finalizing it to the goal to be achieved.
A communication during the design guarantees to solve any doubts in a short time and in a very reactive way and therefore allows us to prepare a technical proposal without any reservations.
A discussion at the end of the project helps the client to understand the data sent, enabling him to be able to make reasoned considerations and comparisons.
This working method has led us to carry out important Research & Development projects over time: having the capability to listen and to know how to process feedbacks and thoughts from those who work “in the field” is one of the most important assets for the creation of cutting-edge technological innovations.

When we receive a request for a quote, be it for a retrofit (replacement of the old HPS technology with an LED solution) or for a new project, we ask the customer for a DWG plan of the area to be illuminated.

We recreate the floor plan with Dialux software and on the basis of the regulations in force in terms of average lux on the ground and the type of intervention / area to be illuminated, we offer our technical advice by creating a specific lighting calculation or by studying the number of LED lighting fixtures needed, optimizing the quantity in order to guarantee maximum energy savings and the fastest return on investment.

This study is combined with an accurate design in compliance with the regulations in terms of glare and light pollution.

The deep knowledge gained in the field of LED technologies allows us to operate in any industrial sector, even in extreme or particularly complex conditions, from the port sector, to heavy industry, to horticulture.

Indeed the supply of our floodlights does not end our commitment to the customer: if requested, we undertake to carry out the installation of our products by collaborating with qualified local installers, or we provide our supervision if the installation is carried out by third parties appointed by the Client.

The technical assistance and control service is essential: the correct orientation and connection of the floodlights is an activity of the utmost importance for achieving the lighting result.

Illumination of high masts

The special cover for the floodlight EIDOS for high masts acts as a reflector and allows not to emit light above the horizon line (0 ° Tilt) while ensuring excellent lighting in distance equal to three times the height of the installation.

This allows to eliminate dark areas and to obtain a clear visibility even between the intersections of the diagonals.

Illumination of crane trolleys

Combination of two systems for the adaptive light management of our model UNYX for the illumination of trolleys of STS/QC cranes.
The peculiar purpose of the EAL® system (Electronic Adaptive Light) is to graduate the luminous flux in relation to the position of the spreader, thus allowing, through exclusive software (Sfiligoi srl), to increase or reduce intensity and the amplitude of the light beam of the floodlight during loading-unloading phases of containers to/from the ship.
The objective of the SWL ® system (Safety Working Light), on the other hand, is to ensure greater illumination of the space on the ground of at least 20 meters in front of the trolley in the direction of advancement of the trolley itself towards ship and land. The consequence is an increase in safety in the entire manoeuvring area. In fact, by setting an advanced “light front” in the direction of the movement of the trolley, the operators on the ground will also be completely visible.

These intelligent dimming systems, unique on the market, increase the visibility and safety of operators during manoeuvring operations, guaranteeing huge energy and economic savings.

Sanitation

The system with multiple reflecting mirrors has been conceived to allow the UVC rays emitted by our germicidal device to reach even the most hidden areas and therefore to permit a complete and effective sanitation.
