The phases of our intervention of Lighting System Re-Lamping
Realization of the whole project (surveys, measurements, design, production, testing and supervision / start-up), turnkey service.
- Installation carried out with local maintenance personnel according to instructions and directives indicated by SFILIGOI and under the direction and supervision of SFILIGOI
- Complete on-site and remote assistance during the various installation phases.
- Design and construction of new brackets and new floodlight rods to replace the old ones that were corroded and ruined by enviromental condition
- Replacement of all the previous bolts with the new one built with hi-reistance stainless steel.
- Use of a mix of special concentrating and asymmetrical optics that reduce the problem of glare and any disturbances for vehicle operators.
Advantages obtained after our intervention
- Reduction of glare found for operators and maneuverers of fifth wheels, reach stackers, forklifts and other heavy vehicles used for handling containers (dark light system).
- Reduction in the number of floodlights installed compared to the previous solution with relative reduction of weight, of the surface exposed to the wind and drastic decrease of the installed power.
- Significant energy savings compared to the previous HPS (High Pressure Sodium) solution with a significant reduction in installed power.
Very fast return on investment (Quick ROI) - Increase in the average lighting level: over 30 lux in the container handling areas and over 20 lux on the quay
